  2. Provide accurate information (email, phone number).

  3. Do not share the eSIM QR code with any third party.

  4. Do not use the website for fraudulent, deceptive, or intellectual property infringing purposes.

  5. Follow the usage instructions and policies published by SimPM.

4. SimPM’s responsibilities

SimPM commits to:

  • Providing the correct product/service that the customer has paid for.

  • Ensuring transparent, accurate information.

  • Providing technical support 24/7 via email, chat, hotline.

  • Protecting customer data and transactions.

  • Resolving complaints promptly and fairly.

5. Payment

The customer agrees to pay in full and correctly according to the selected method.
SimPM is not responsible if a transaction is delayed or declined due to errors from the bank or e-wallet.

6. Limitation of liability

SimPM is not responsible in the following cases:

  • The customer provides an incorrect email address for receiving the eSIM

  • The device does not support eSIM or is network locked

  • Unstable network signal in areas not covered by the local carrier

  • Incorrect use of instructions leading to activation errors

7. Changes & updates to the terms

SimPM reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Updated content will be published publicly and take effect immediately upon publication.

All payments via bank and e-wallet are processed on third-party secure systems (Bank, Momo, ZaloPay…).
SimPM does not store any customer card or bank account information.
